We omni-roast all our coffees — meaning each one is carefully roasted to work beautifully whether you brew it as espresso or filter.

Rather than grouping our coffees only by origin or variety, we organise them by the Coffee Experience they offer — whether that’s something mellow and balanced, vibrant and bright, or more unique or rare. This helps you choose a coffee based on how you want it to taste and feel, not just where it comes from.

These experiences are reflected in the colours on the front label, so you can easily find coffees that match your preferred style.

As we source seasonally to reflect the freshest harvests from around the world, the individual coffees within each experience may change — but if you enjoy one coffee from a particular experience, chances are you’ll enjoy others from the same category too.  Learn more on our Coffee Experiences page.
