You can create an account with Kiss the Hippo at any time — whether or not you've placed an order before. Simply click the profile icon on our website and follow the steps to sign up using your email address and a password.

If you’ve previously placed an order as a guest, you can still create an account using the same email address to access your order history. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions, update your billing and delivery information, and track your orders all in one place.
