At Kiss the Hippo Coffee, we want you to be happy with your experience—from your first sip to the gear you use at home. Our returns policy is designed to support you while ensuring product quality and availability.
Coffee – As coffee is a perishable product roasted to order, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee purchases. However, if there’s been an error with your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving it. The sooner you get in touch, the more likely we’ll be able to offer a suitable solution. If the taste isn’t to your liking, our coffee team is happy to help you explore other options based on your preferences.
Brewing Gear and Other Products – If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, you can return unused equipment within 28 days of purchase. Please note that unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, return postage will need to be covered by the customer.
