My order was marked as delivered but I can't find itUpdated a month ago
We’re really sorry to hear you’re experiencing this—we know how frustrating it can be when an order doesn’t arrive as expected. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping carriers mark parcels as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive.
If your package appears to be missing, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or others in your household.
- Looking around your usual delivery spots, as it may have been left somewhere unexpected.
- Waiting 48 hours, as occasional delays between scan and actual delivery can happen.
- Reaching out to the delivery carrier directly—they may be able to provide further details or help locate your package.
Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to complete delivery and unfortunately don’t have access to tracking updates beyond what’s provided.
