Why did you send me a different coffee from what I ordered?Updated a month ago

While the components of our house blends may change from time to time, the blend name remains the same and we do our best to keep the website updated however, occasional discrepancies may occur. In rare cases—typically with single origin coffees—if a product you’ve ordered is sold out but still appears online, we may send a similar alternative. When this happens, we’ll often include an extra 100g bag or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
